Mission & Values

The Ian Patrick Schwarber Foundation is a 501©3 that is founded on the principles that Ian Schwarber lived his life.  We are left here to honor those principles through not only his own words but through our actions.  We are a dedicated group of individuals that will look to make Ian’s voice heard through not only his family but the community he so loved. We are committed to creating a portal in which people can network, donate and sponsor projects in our community in the way Ian would have done.

We Are:

Optimistic: We attack every day with Ian’s constant optimism while seeking out solutions to execute the Foundation’s mission.

Innovative: We will foster Ian’s love of innovation as we execute our mission both in the way we operate every day

and the causes we choose to support

Actionable: We will always choose to take decisive action with intentions that are aligned to the Foundation’s mission to ensure we are embodying the way Ian was always moving his pursuits forward. 

Integrity: We communicate openly and honestly with everyone we meet to ensure our intentions and actions are

fair, ethical, equitable and clear, as Ian himself strived to be.

Committed: We will be willing, reliable and responsible partners that give of ourselves and follow through with a conscientiousness for our promises reflecting Ian’s accountability.

Bold: We will take stances and enact initiatives that may challenge the status quo or populist thought in the same way that Ian challenged people’s notions of what was right or what was possible, in order to advance things to a better space.
